Dear Aiste,
apologies for my late reply, but I still wanted to comment on your question regarding your company's potential lack of support for the RAC recertification. There are in fact so many ways in which you can earn recertification points, not only by attending training courses, but also by being a speaker or faculty member yourself, by writing an article on a regulatory affairs-related topic, or even by being an instructor at a RAC study group! Also relevant presentations or trainings you give within your company would count towards your recertification. The full list can be found in the RAC recertification guide (link below). In the end, the purpose of the recertification is to prove your continual learning and development in the profession, which I am certain is also in the interest of your company. So hopefully you will not have a hard time convincing your managers to support you in this effort!

Dear Anne,
I was informed that RAC global is not really based on knowledge but experience. I hope you know that, so if you are long enough in the industry the exam should be a piece of cake.
Dear All,
Thank you for your opinion. As I see it is accomplishment for me to have this certification and it has a value for me as a professional. But what I see a big challenge to convince my company to support my certification afterwards with collecting points.

Dear Beate,
Thank you for your post that gives me encouragements for my RAC exam preparation.
I'm based in France and decided to pass the RAC Global exam next autumn. It took me some time to take that decision and to convince my boss, exactly because of that question: is this really going to make a difference to my carreer here?
Now that I started studying, I am convinced, as Robert mentionned it too, that this is going to add considerable value to my RA knowledge and ability to assess things with better expertise.
Looking forward to complete that exciting challenge!
Best regards,
Anne
