I would say that one of the best and fastest ways is to keep plugging with other professionals while building and sharpening your skills and knowledge.
While doing so, if you are able to develop
these three key attributes (I wrote it based on my perspectives), you may be able to do a lot better in many ways over the years.

.
I just graduated from University of Sydney with a Master's Degree in Medical Biotechnology & I've got 2 years of experience working as a QA Executive for a medical gloves manufacturing company, Passionate about getting into Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs jobs in Europe. I'm ravenously reading up on Regulatory Affairs but don't have "on the job" regulatory experience. Do you have any recommendations on how I can improve my chances of being hired? Since this is a group of RA professionals, I thought it would be best if I sought help from you guys directly.
Thank you!
