I am looking for guidance documents in English for Foods with Function Claims. I translated the CAA webpage https://www.caa.go.jp/policies/policy/food_labeling/foods_with_function_claims/notice#guideline but all subsequent links are all in Japanese. I have not found English copies elsewhere. Any help in directing me to where I could find this information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here attached is what we fished out with CFSAN US food markets -see ChatGPT-3.5 bot very bottom screen, i.e food function or structure claims by US FDA CFSAN for US markets.

BTW

If you give me the Japan regulatory site (ASEAN RAPs after all)  you are searching on we can harvest any  food guidance  from that Japanese  website also and translate in English via our AI/ML CoPilot. No guarantees we will find any but wont cost you a dime.

Hi Ram,

I am looking for guidance docs for foods with function claims (i.e., dietary supplements) in Japan. I found the website that has all these documents (https://www.caa.go.jp/policies/policy/food_labeling/foods_with_function_claims/notice#guideline) but they are all in Japanese. Thus, I am trying to find English versions in order to learn more about the notification process, find the required notification procedures and forms and find any costs associated with notification. Any help locating or translating these documents would be most appreciated.
