Hello, Atlanta Chapter members! My name is Barbara Hutcherson and I am the new Manager of Chapter and Volunteer Relations at RAPS. I am so excited to be here and to work with our chapters. I have a long history of building and scaling volunteer programs and many years in non-profit leadership, specifically in the field of animal welfare. Applying those skills and my experience to my work with RAPS has been a wonderful experience in the 6 weeks I have been here.
