    Dear Colleague,

    The Chicago chapter strives to provide professional development and networking opportunities to those in your local regulatory community. To help serve you better, we invite you to provide your feedback by participating in a brief, 3-minute survey. Your input will help chapter leaders continue to develop activities that meet the interests and needs of those in your region.

    Please note that you may receive multiple requests if you are subscribed to more than one chapter community. We appreciate any feedback you provide but ask that you first complete the survey for your "home" chapter, where you live and work.
