Join colleagues from your local regulatory community for an evening of networking and to hear an interactive presentation on patient engagement and personalized care. Learn about upcoming Twin Cities chapter activities and how to get more involved. Recruiters from local medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech companies have also been invited to engage with attendees about opportunities in the profession.

Personalized consumerism is finding its way into global healthcare. Digital access, social media and the demand for personalized services cause patients to expect the same accessibility, convenience and attention that they receive when they buy any other lifestyle product. This is a global opportunity and challenge that healthcare companies are forced to address, from the very inception of a product idea – how will a patient engage with our product? With that said, the same international challenges remain: global marketing, global content, global product launch and regulatory requirements. There is a need to integrate and strategize on how we create an exceptional patient engagement experience while keeping the end-goal in mind, patient safety and well-being.

Topics to be covered include:

  • What does Global Patient Engagement mean to our current healthcare ecosystem?
  • How do Global Cultural Differences affect patient engagement?
  • Purpose-driven insights into ways you can actively shift the engagement paradigm either within your organization, your community or within yourself.

This event is brought to you by the RAPS Twin Cities chapter and is intended to facilitate professional development and networking opportunities for regulatory professionals in your region. A meal will be provided for all attendees and RAC holders may claim three RAC recertification credits.
