  • 1.  Should Job descriptions and Organizational charts be controlled ?

    HELLOO RAPS community members, 

    I considered asking for advice on the following:

    1. Is it mandatory to control Job descriptions for each position in a medical device organization ?
    2. Should we control the Organizational chart ? If yes, Is it required to include all the existing job roles within the company? 
    3. How frequently should we review and update these documents?

    Would appreciate your comments!

    Yes, the JDs should be controlled as well and the organization chart should be accurate. The org chart should at least include all the functions of the company.

    The frequency would depend on your company's procedure but for some, an annual review will have a look at all documents that need to be changed and updated.
