Ms. Woodland has over twenty years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and has successfully built, at four companies, quality programs and systems that are compliant with both domestic and international requirements. She has expertise in technical, communications and compliance challenges, thus enabling her to develop risk assessments of small molecule, protein and cell and viral based products, medical devices and clinical programs. She is also experienced in recruiting qualified individuals building multi-functional quality departments. Ms. Woodland is currently serving as Founder and Principal Consultant of WRQ Consulting Services. Prior to founding her own consultancy firm, she was Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Replimune. She has also held positions at UniQure, Amgen Inc, BioVex Inc, CombinatoRx, Inc, Dyax Corp., Curis, Inc. (previously Reprogenesis), T-Cell Diagnostics and Baxter Dade.
