Join us for an interesting and timely event "Digital Health: Navigating the Expanding Frontier" to learn about FDA regulation on Digital Health in the United States. Aaron Hage and Bryan Feldhaus from DuVal & Associates will provide updates and insights on navigating FDA regulatory law topics on Digital Health, including clinical decision support, software functions, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and cybersecurity. This hybrid session will also focus on recent policy updates, including how Digital Health may impact an update to the medical device statutory scheme.
