Hello Minneapolis RAPS Members, 

My name is Steve Deline. I wanted to introduce myself to the Chapter and take a bold leap on this discussion board. I am not currently working in a regulatory affairs but I am looking to jump into this exciting field. I thought this would be a great platform to tell local members of RAPS that I am looking for any open position here in Minneapolis. As well as get to know other members. 

A little about me, I have been working as a study director in Biocompatibility for the past 4 years. I would consider myself an In vitro testing expert. In my current position I have really enjoyed working with my clients and answering their questions from FDA feedback. This unique and challenging interaction opened my eyes to the regulatory affairs profession. I was so interested in the submissions and strategy of device regulation I decided to go back to school and educate myself about it. Over the past year I have been working toward my Masters in Regulatory Affairs at St. Cloud State University and will graduate December 2017. 

Right now I am looking to transition out of pre-clinical testing to regulatory. I would appreciate any advice you have for someone stepping into the Regulatory environment. Also, if you or anyone you know is hiring I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to talk about my experience and how I could be a good fit. Attached is my resume if anyone would like a copy.
