QPS, our focus is on providing customized, scalable and sustainable processes to our clients in the areas of quality management systems, unique device identification/labeling, and software validation.
We tailor each process and system to the individual client, applying our knowledge and experience to deliver the right solution. It begins with a question: "Tell me what you do." From there, we apply our skills in the areas where our clients need our help, including:
- developing and improving quality management systems for medical device manufacturers, contract manufacturers, third party service providers, and health care organizations
- writing quality documents
- conducting gap analyses & internal audits
- implementing UDI programs to meet US FDA , EU and other international labeling requirements
- preparing, documenting and assisting with software validation activities
