RE: UK Small and Medium Enterprise Designation with MHRA

Hi Dan,

Seems like you have had experience with SME Designation in EU.

I am looking for the documentation to be provided for requesting SME Designation with UK MHRA. So far have found through the following links:

It seems that applications for SME status must be made prior to application. I could not locate the link for the application form specific for UK MHRA. If you happen to know, could you please share? The second step in the process looks like as if the sponsor will send an e-mail request to the sales.invoices@mhra.gov.uk.
