I recently just took a project that has just finished the phase I clinical trial in US, but our agent did not submit the annual report on time. What will happen to us under this kind of situation? If possible, could anyone suggest any consulation company good at IND, phase I ,II, III clinical trial submission? Any infomation will be greatly appreciated!
