The AEMPS published a procedure for the application of article 97 MDR following the MDCG 2022-18, and establishing a list of documents to include in the submission by the manufacturer to the AEMPS. These information include in addition to the mdcg list the evidence demonstrating compliance with the applicable national requirements on product registration (e.g. communication number in CCPS) and licence number in IPS for manufacturers and for authorised representatives who are themselves importers of the representatives who are themselves importers of the product.

Hola a todos 
La AEMPS ha publicado un procedimiento para la aplicación del artículo 97 MDR siguiendo el MDCG 2022-18 y estableciendo una lista de documentos a incluir en la presentación por parte del fabricante a la AEMPS. Esta información incluye, además de la lista del MDCG, las pruebas que demuestren el cumplimiento de los requisitos nacionales aplicables sobre el registro del producto (por ejemplo, número de comunicación en el CCPS) y número de licencia en el IPS para los fabricantes y para los representantes autorizados que sean a su vez importadores del representantes que sean a su vez importadores del producto.
