GUDID account set-up is taking a LONG time. I have clients waiting at 8 weeks now. If you can avoid using a test account (i.e. manual submission process or 3rd party submitter that does't require a test account) I recommend doing that, as I am worried you will experience the same delay when you are ready to move from a test account to a production account.
