I haven't come across a dietary supplement trade association singularly dedicated to quality and compliance or analogous to RAPS. I'd start with Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) as one of the better ones demonstrating rigor in a variety of areas relevant to the industry including quality and GMPs, advertising standards, scientific evidence, etc. You tend to see larger, more established organizations as industry members.

Council for Responsible Nutrition-The Science Behind the Supplements |
The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), founded in 1973, is one of the dietary supplement industry's leading trade associations representing ingredient suppliers and manufacturers. CRN members adhere to a strong code of ethics, comply with dosage limits and manufacture dietary supplements to high quality standards under good manufacturing practices. |

I've looked a little, not a lot, and haven't found one. I've been thinking that dietary supplements haven't been regulated enough to inspire one, at least not yet.
If you should learn of one, I'd be interested to hear.
