    Feel free to share this Chinese podcast with your Chinese speaking staff and friends. 

    Computers and software are wonderful tools allowing employees to work smarter instead of working harder.   However, these tools can cause more regulatory problems (noncompliance with regulation) during audit instead of preventing problems, which is their intent.
