Hi Chris,
I would strongly recommend St. Cloud State University Masters program in Regulatory Affairs and Services exclusively for Medical Devices (
www.msras.com). The classes are scheduled on Saturday Mornings and Monday evenings and taught by leaders in Industry from Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific and many other small, mid size companies. You can work full time and get this degree. I'm the 2nd cohort graduate of this program and currently working for St. Jude Medical. If you are interested to get into Medical Device Regulatory profession, I think you can give serious thought about this program.

You might look at Keck Graduate Institute's Master of Bioscience program and the Medical Device and Diagnostics focus track. The Clinical and Regulatory Affairs focus track is also very good and has the flexibility to incorporate more med device coursework if you want that focus.
