We design labels and package OTC ANDA products for Private label distributors. For promotion purposes, we were planning to change the proprietary name for one of the ANDA which is owned by our supplier. Would this change/proposal be considered a Prior Approval Supplement and incur the cost ($25,760). Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
