Years ago we use to have a 1/2 day session on cosmetic regulations at our annual meeting but it was dropped because of poor attendance.
Several years ago, we had a all day seminar on OTC drug regulations with a whose who speaking (including the head of OTC's from the FDA) and we where disappointed in the attendance.
I always thought we should have a cosmetic/topical OTC group.
