Hello, we are in the process of pursuing registration in Turkey and am getting mixed messages regarding barcoding requirements. Due to space limitations on our label and readability, we would like to use a 2D barcode like Data Matrix, but my contact is requesting a 1D code like Code 39. He indicates that the Modelo 43 check digit is part of the code and therefore is required. Since Data Matrix doesn't use a Modelo 43 check digit, we are kind of stuck. Does anyone have experience with this that could provide some guidance? Thanks!
