Nupur,
What you have invested in will be your "Key Marketing Ingredients."
In some areas, you seem to already have significant experience (e.g., IRB, clinical trial-related matters, etc.).
Please consider doing the following:
1. Revise your resume/CV to better describe your background/expertise with a compelling cover letter attached.
2. Begin to provide some comments as your marketing tool on the LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, etc.
(for example,
Regulatory Doctor; LinkedIn; Google Plus; Twitter;Facebook)
3. Try to connect with consulting firms, networks of experts, law firms, US government jobs, etc.
4. Perform your own research to sharpen your expertise and knowledge in alignment with regulatory requirements and FDA's review process.
5. Publish an article(s) based on your serious research and data analysis concerning your area of expertise including drug safety/pharmacovigilance, IRBs/clinical trials, etc.
6. Please approach others by showing "what you can/will do to help them" instead of showing them about "who you are."
I do provide consulting to top consulting firms, financial management firms and some companies including one of the largest mobile device manufacturers.
I also speak at various forums.
My point is: you need to find something commensurate with your background, knowledge, education, training, experience or any combination thereof.
Also one needs to knock on the door instead of expecting others to knock on your door. If you want to debate whether there is a door for you to successfully knock on the door, then create the door.
I suppose you got my points!
I wish you the very best of luck!

Subject: How to find a entry level regulatory job
Hi Members,
Based on RAPS's advertisement and my intention for a career change, I have purchased online course and successfully completed an RAC certificate (Dual). In spite of numerous applications, I have not received single response. I have tried in positions where prior experience not required but so far no response. It seems, in this profession "no experience-----no job" and this certificate course is for career development and most probably not for a career transition. In most of the professions, ample of entry level jobs are available for people who have degree but no experiences. I am becoming more confident about my mistake for spending so much money for taking this course. I will appreciate if you can provide me any advice. I have a background in bio-medical research and reviewer for IRB. Thanks in advance for any form of assistance.
Regards,
Nupur
