I read through the "Exports Under the FDA Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996" and have a question about shipping a cGMP manufactured biosimiliar from the US to Mexico (an unlisted country). Would I need to follow 802(b)(2) or 802(b)(3) of the Act for an export license?
