I would like to know if anyone has even submitted a reduced stability requirement using ICH Q1C as the guidance for 6 months accelerated and 6 months RT for a line extension, would the initial expiration date of the product be affected due to the reduced stability information at time of registration, or can a commitment and the previous information available from the drug substance be included to justify the expiration date (shelf life), thanks
