Hi, Julie. I reached out to the local chapter to see if the local folks can do anything on Saturday.
If you have a budget for it, what is probably Baltimore's best restaurant, the Charleston, is about a mile away (15-20 minute walk) from the Sheraton.
1000 Lancaster St, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Exeter Street (in the Thomson Prometric Building))/Next to Harbor East Marina, close to water taxi stops. But there are many good restaurants in Little Italy.Alewife and Miss Shirley's are good local places that are more budget friendly. Here is Yelp's list and reviews within walking distance.Have fun!

Subject: RAPS Weekend Workshops - Dinner on Saturday?
I'm attending one of the workshop at RAPS this weekend. I'd be happy to coordinate a Dinner Out for others who are attending.
If you are interested in joining some other RA professionals for dinner on Saturday, please don't reply to this discussion, but email me directly no later than Wednesday:
julie@class3devices.com
I want to make reservations no later than Wednesday evening, because the best restaurants near the Inner Harbor will tend to get booked up in advance for Saturday night.
