Summary: Our Bay Area California biopharma client is a world leader in a variety of therapeutic fields. They are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with 3 years minimum Regulatory Affairs experience in medical devices along with submissions experience. The successful candidate will be entering a 3 pronged professional development rotation program, designed to provide hands-on experience as well as an opportunity for professional growth. The goal is for this specialist to then move into a role in one of the businesses as a Project Manager.Prefer people eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
DESCRIPTION:
o Participate in the professional development RA rotation program while paired with a mentor and receiving training. o Develop a well-rounded skill set through assignments within various company sites reporting to different managers.o Create a personalized growth plan and obtain customized training.
QUALIFICATIONS: o BA/MA in Life Science (i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Immunology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Microbiology), Math, Engineering, Medical fields or other related discipline. o 3 - 5 years work experience in Regulatory Affairs or related field. o Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
BEST TO HAVE: o Regulatory Affairs related internship/co-op/work experience. o Strong academic performance and extra curricular achievement. o Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, integrity and professional maturity. o Qualified candidates must be interested in continuing careers in Regulatory Affairs. o Ideal candidates will have no more than five years of regulatory affairs work experience to qualify for the this program
