Hi Neeraj,
In my view, if you have gone through Fundamentals of Regulatory Affairs (8th edition or 9th edition) you are prepared. There are lot of sample questions available if you search in google. This will give you an idea about the style of questions and how to prepare for them. Most of the questions on RAC exam are situational and presents real life situations and that is how you should prepare for the exam as well.
If you still don't feel confident then I would recommend you taking the Prep courses.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Mehul
