Hi! Curious if anyone has recently gone through the MDSAP audit process - particularly the regulatory evidence and change control elements? Was the focus on process or did the auditor dig into historical evidence? What are typical non-conformances? Did you have to correct non-conformances prior to receiving the certificate?
