    Has anyone changed EU Rep (and EU rep country) in Eudamed database? If so, did you run into this issue:

    I have changed the mandate from EU rep A (country A) to EU rep B (country B) in the database but it went to the original CA (competent authority) for EU rep A/country A  to authorize and not to EU rep B CA. We have contacted the database and they said all was done correctly by us, and the CA A needs to reject the change in the mandate for us to proceed forward and they are not responding to any emails from EU rep A. Words of advice?

    Hi,

     

    It is the CA that manages all this part, the EC has no control here. You should email the CA yourself, explain the situation and ask them to reject it as you stated in your question. This is 100% a CA task.
