Colleagues,
We are changing the claims on one of the cosmetic devices we already market in Brazil and Mexico, to "
Firming Massager". My advice is that the surrounding claims be that the device yields results of a
feeling of firmness,
tone and
appears lifted over X amount of time (based on studies of course). In the case of Mexico and Brazil, would that require any other supporting documentation proving efficacy other than what we already have? Technology? Would such a change require a re-registration with the regulatory bodies? Changing from anti-aging to firming massager. This would therefore be both a labeling change and change to claims.
