We've recently had a recall , however since it relates to discontinued devices , the recall activities are difficult - we have had new distributors and with devices crossing their service life, tracking of the actual users is proving to be a challenge. TGA , HC , mention about posting recall notice on social media websites and suitable forums targeting the users. FDA also mentions about the recall strategy to include this scope. However I am not quite familiar around this topic. Has anybody done a similar activity , what forums can manufacturers access and post ( these are devices for professional use and not consumer devices)..
