    Hi,

    Wondering if anyone had any issues with GUDID account login the first time username and temporary password was assigned.
    Is it working on internet explorer 11? Did you guys downgrade to internet explorer 9 or 10 to make it work?

    Any insight will be helpful!

    I can confirm it does work with ​IE-11. You did mean the web interface, yes?  https://gudid.fda.gov/gudid/app/login.xhtml

    The "About" link says if you're using IE it needs to be 11 or higher.

    Does it give you any error messages?

    Also to note, the help desk is pretty helpful, though probably not available before Monday. https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/unique-device-identification-system-udi-system/fda-udi-help-desk
