Hi all,
The Canadian Medical Devices Regulations are always listed with a "current to" date and a "last amended" date (e.g., Current to April 5, 2021; Last amended on March 31, 2021).
The "current to" date never matches the "last amended" date, and appears to update periodically with no changes to the regulations (and no change to the "last amended" date).
Can someone help me understand the intent/purpose behind the "current to" date, and if it updates at prescribed intervals?
