Is there a requirement in the EU/EMA to include placebo product with the submission of specimens of labeling prior to EU launch of product?. For example, if a blister is submitted for specimen review, does that blister need to include a placebo to show a representation of the marketed product? Similarly, would a bottled product need to include placebo in the bottle?
