    Hi Everyone,
    We are trying to find consultants to help with privacy gap assessment to EU 95/46/EC, Privacy Shield, Swiss US Safe Harbor agreement, etc. Do you know of any consultant or organization to recommend? Someone located in the US would be preferable.

    I thank everyone for contributing to this thread. I found this free resource on Nymity's website that allows you to perform privacy gap assessment against the EU GDPR regulations. The GDPR regulations come into effect next year, so it might be handy if you're dealing with patient data from the EU.
