Hello,
I am looking for feedback from individuals familiar with the MDA Special Access License for medical devices. Our distributor provided us with such a document with a PO several months ago and we fulfilled the order. They have ordered again with the same license just this week. The PO is for the same healthcare provider, but the license is for a surgery date that has passed and they have admitted that this new PO is for a different patient(s).
They claim that the license is still valid and has no expiry date and that the only vital information is that it is being requested by the particular physician. Can anyone confirm/deny this claim?
