    I've seen medical devices that should be regulated and obtain licence for sale sold in Amazon.
    Does anyone know if Amazon is monitored and regulations are enforced? are devices sold on Amazon necessarily had obtained the applicable licence ?

    I would check with Amazon directly. From previous interactions with potential clients when I was consulting, Amazon is asking for the appropriate FDA documentation. It is possible that Amazon is holding new sellers to a higher standard while they work their way through existing sellers.
