When testing a single, unit-dose BFS for dose delivery, how is the testing performed? Is there a machine used to ensure consistent delivery of the single dose or do the lab personnel individually squeeze the BFS during testing? It seems that a human could get different results based on their strength or technique of squeezing the BFS. How can you avoid such variation?
