    Hi,

I'm a regulatory affairs manager in a smal food business in the Netherlands. We produce liquid food supplements, and in these products we use Erytritol (E968) as a stabilizer. In Europe this is allowed concerning regulation 1333/2008, in combination with regulation 1129/2011. One of our biggest customers is located in Israel. We would want to use Erytritol for this function also in our product in Israel, however in Israel this is not yet allowed. We are now in the procedure of registering Erytritol for this function in Israel, however the Ministery of Health isn't convinced that Erytritol, based on regulation 1333/2008, in combination with regulation 1129/2011, is allowed for this function in europe. Therefore they demand, before the 17th of October this year, a document certified by an european authority, which is linked to develloping legislation or enough linked to this legislation that they can accaptably certify that erythritol is allowed in Europe as a stabilzier.

I tried to do this with the dutch authorites for food saftey. They see no problem by doing it, however only for export health certifications applied by companies who export erytritol, We however use it in our products and not than export the product, which doesn't count, and our suppliers can't help.

Is there somehow somebody, who can help me further to get such kind of certified statement by such an authority before the 17th of October this year, which is not dated before the 18th of October 2016 (so not more than a year old)?.

    Thanks in advance.
