    Hello

    As a part of cell bank (EColi BL21 DE3) characterisation, phage presence was tested. Pre- and Post- induction with Mitomycin was considered. Pre- induction did not produce any plaque. But when induced by mitomycin - phage presence was noticed.  Under this condition, can we say the cell bank is free of adventitious phage contamination? Will regulator accept the results?

    Can anyone help me?
