Dear all,
We are currently developing our CIP looking to run a multi-centre trial (likely to be both in the EU and US). A question has come up within the team about compensation for the physicians / surgeons.
Are the any rules / regulations / standards out there (US and/or EU) about what, as medical device manufacturer and Sponsor, we are allowed and not allowed to do in terms of compensation?
