  • 1.  ROHS 2011/65/EU - Exemption 6(c)

    Hi,
     
    Does anyone have an idea whether there has been a renewal on the Annex 6(c ) exemption namely the 'Copper alloy containing up to 4% lead by weight .This exemption is supposed to expire on 21 July 2021 unless reassessed.

    I don't know the answer to your specific query, but from my experience the people at EFSA are very helpful and always willing to support with such questions and queries. Thus, I'd recommend you contact them, specifically one of their Scientific Officers Dr. Wolfgang Gelbmann (Email: Wolfgang (dot) GELBMANN (((at))) efsa (dot) europa (dot) eu). I have found him to be very pleasant and indeed very knowledgeable.
