Has anyone had experience meeting with FDA to discuss a health claim petition for a dietary supplement?
In the FDA Guidance "Interim Procedures for Qualified Health Claims in the Labeling of Conventional Human Food and Human Dietary Supplement," it is noted that petitioners are encouraged to meet with the Agency prior to submitting a petition. I'm interested to find out if there is a formal process for requesting CFSAN meetings.
