    Dear All,

First of all, Happy Holidays to everyone!
I am hoping some of you are still working today and tomorrow...

Can you please suggest a CRO in Canada that you would recommend working with for a Clinical Trial?

Also, acknowledging that each CT is different and costs vary widely, would you please be able to advise what would one look at for a CT, price-wise?
I am looking for a range.

The CT would be a "new" drug, meaning that the DS used in it is NOT a new chemical entity, but the dosage form would be.
The CT would be designed such that only the minimum number of patients would be used.
Would anyone be able to tell, what would that minimum number be?
I am thinking 10, to be able to apply some statistical analysis to the data.

Please "throw" anything here that you think it might help.
Feel free to respond privately, if needed.

    Thank you!

Happy Holidays to you as well.
There is no way to be able to give you an amount without knowing the indication, length of trial and number of patients.
Is this a multicentric trial? GPs or specialists?
There are many CROs in Canada. However, do your homework and read about the one you choose as some are to avoid.
    Thanks
