Hi Guys!
I am working on my academic project wherein, I need to prepare protocol for IT Vendor audit which includes all applicable regulations and guidance's as per US FDA. Can anyone share what are the components of audit protocol and which FDA, GMP, DSCSA regulations are applicable for IT Vendor audit. It would be great if anyone can share template of IT vendor audit protocol if possible for reference.
