Hi everybody,
The IVD Directive allows to do the performance evaluation for the
CE-mark of your IVD product solely based on literature to comply with the essential requirements. Does anyone know what kind of qualification (besides knowledge of the product and the intended use of course) the person requires that is doing the literature based evaluation?
