    Our go to in this space is Mobius Medical.  We have used them for many years and their specialty is small and First in Man studies in ANZ.   Based in Sydney, they work with a lot of US clients.

    Michele I have used Avania Clinical (formerly Five Corners) for several studies.  You should inquire with them (and any others) and inquire in regards to their experience in the clinical area for your product.
