IECEE (CB Scheme) writes test reports (checklists) for some of the IEC standards.  The test labs involved in the process decide in the specific sector, in this case ETF-3, if they want to write a specific checklist.  I'm a member if ETF-3 even though I'm not a test lab, I'm a consultant but focused on the Risk Management File aspect of the committee of the documentation side of the standard IEC 60601-1 primarily.  For this case the standard that is applicable is IEC 60601-1-6 which the current one that is published is IEC 60601-1-6:2010 + A1: 2013 which points to the older IEC 62366:2007 + A1:2014 not the current IEC 62366-1:2015.  The version H of the TRF for IEC 60601-1-6:2010 + A1: 2013 is available on the IEC website at https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/61344 or if you are a client at a test lab you can ask them for a copy of this checklist they may provide you a copy of it for free.

Note, that the new version of IEC 60601-1, ed. 3.2 and all the next revisions of the collateral standards IEC 60601-1-xx except for IEC 60601-1-3 will be published either in late August or sometime in Septemeber.  I will be doing a live interview/webinar on some of the major changes from the current IEC 60601 standards to updated standards on July 29 at 9AM Pacific.  Please contact me at Leo@EisnerSafety.com for more info.
