    How to decide which method is applicable for implant Class III direct contact with blood
    For eg.

    Haemocompatibility 
    Heamolysis 
    Compliment activation 
    PTT test
    CBC ,leucocyte count
    Etc

    Dear Amita,
    I would recommend to go through ISO 10993 Part 1 and 5 for details. In my opinion, please understand outcome of above tests and take decision which test is most suitable for type of device and its component and then take decision. 
    It will also helps you to justify for selection of test.
