    Try sdv@pharmreg.ru. Dmitriy Syryamine. He is a general director. They have very good connections with laboratories and prices are fair.
    They work with many famous Western companies here. I've worked myself with numerous consultings in Russia for the last 10 years on behalf of severla big Western companies, and these guys are very good.  Knowledgable and not greedy. MD consulting market in Russia is quite a thing.)

    There is also: http://www.c-b-g.ru/en/.  Consult Business Group. They are bigger and they have worked with literally every company represented on Russian market, but most likely their services would be more expensive.

    If those companies won't suit you, let me know - there are many newcomers in this market, and they might be cheaper, but there is need to gather some reference on them locally. MD world is quite small here.)
